      Pros

      Working at Gessner is fulfilling and everyone is apart of the family here. Leaders integrate new staff well and invest in the growth of the people on their teams. One stop shop for nearly all civil disciplines also (survey, geo, civil, structural, materials testing) which makes it easier for staff to serve clients well.
