      Pros

      -Great people -Hands on Training -Time off -Amazing learning Experiences -Management is Amazing -Interesting day to day If you show that you’re willing to learn, they’re willing to teach you! They want you to grow as much as you’re able and they encourage questions and curiosity. Overall the whole company is full of amazing people and everyone is so friendly. I cannot say enough good things about the company and especially the CMT department.

      Pros

      From my experience working at Giles for almost 2 years now, the greatest upside is the friendly atmosphere amongst coworkers. Also, in CMT the managment is very accommodating and willing to work with your schedule.

      Cons

      At times the office can become very busy and hours can start to run early and late, however that tends to go in waves.
