Pros

Excellent training provided. Given ample opportunities to Excel calling on behalf of various non profit campaigns. Constant interaction between staff when help is needed.Spiffs and bonuses are available! Wonderful job to work at so you can expand your horizon and carry out meaningful conversations with passionate donors. Flexible schedule available

Cons

Number of campaigns vary, sometimes 6 being called, sometimes only 3. More games for participating on daily basis change quite a bit

Great call center job

Pros

I've worked in several call centers and GiveRight has to be one of the best. The training was fun, the supervisors rock and they work with you on scheduling so you can take care of your life. They offer benefits and paid time off too.

Cons

We all can use more money. And I wish they offered pay increases after 2 years. More games needed to break up the boredom.

Pros

The Directing Manager, Darian Litif, is the type of manager we all hope to work for. The management and supervisors are caring and strive to educate and are more than willing to work with those that are willing to learn. The non-profit organizations that you raise money for are established, and the opportunitys to learn about the non-profit sector is amazing! They are always willing to take feedback and actually have an open door policy that is used.

Cons

There are times where system issues pr client file problems cause delays or schedule problems but the management always does their best to make up for it.
