Great people to work with, great wages, benefits and other perks of the job. Management are especially great, patient, respectful and extremely knowledgeable in the industry. I have learned so much joining this company.

Ego is huge! Goals do not align with the functions of the business. Meetings that are scheduled for 1 hour and tend to go 3 hours with no real outcome. All employees are used as more of an ego booster to management, instead of performance driven succession and support to the business. Degrading comments to employees from all tiers of management regularly (but mostly upper upper management) Lofty company objectives. Motivation from all employees seems to be slowly stripped away due to the culture they have cultivated. Lack of boundaries from CEO. Be prepared to feel drained, unaccomplished and frustrated.
