I’ve been with GrayMatter for 10 years, and when people ask me how/why I’ve been here for so long, I respond; the people, and the culture.
The company hired me almost right out of college, and I’ve worn many hats - as they say- since. All of my roles and the mentorship from GrayMatter’s leadership has transformed me both professionally and personally.
