      Pros

      Great learning experience. The management is excellent, and the focus on personal development is truly impressive. I genuinely loved working there and honestly miss the culture. Their culture is very unique and growth-oriented. Especially managers on the IP side have a strong command of their fields and provide an abundance of knowledge and learning opportunities. Overall, it is a great company to start your career.

      Pros

      As a new joiner, I was given real responsibilities much earlier than expected. The learning is fast-paced, and you’re constantly exposed to new types of work. People are generally helpful if you ask, and there’s a strong push to improve quickly.

      Cons

      The initial few months can feel overwhelming. Expectations are high, and it takes time to find your rhythm. At times, it feels like you’re always trying to catch up.
