      Pros

      Fast paced working environment and market leading products. Strong reputation among UK advertising agencies and a mixed roster of clients. Brand new office in a great location, various perks such as free lunch/mobile phone allowance etc.

      Cons

      Nothing largely negative to be spoken of.

      Extreme growth, fun ride

      Pros

      It’s one of the most exhilarating places I have worked at. No two days are the same and the people I work with are some of the smartest and fun I have worked along. The leadership work hard at a creating a culture with zero politics and lots of autonomy and it is a refreshing change. Also there is free lunch!!

      Cons

      Some of the all hands are quite late which makes for a long day if you stay in the office for it.

      -Always learning new things- never bored -Amazing employee benefits- free breakfast, lunch, gym reimbursement, etc. -Stays true to the vision of owning location -Smart and intelligent colleagues/leaders -Ability to have a lot of responsibility and get involved

      -Needs more US influence/presence/help from HQ -Needs more employees- can be spread thin at times -Internal communication can be challenging -Unclear promotion path
