      Pros

      I have found the culture of the company to be very professional and supportive. With an executive leadership that listens and has a clear vison with colleagues who have always willing to offer a lending hand the future I see as being very bright. I have found that the knowledge that I had to offer has been well received and the knowledge I have learned has been delivered in such a manner that even after such a long time in similar industry it has been very refreshing to see such a positive outlook

      Work life balance can be difficult but its a lifestyle I enjoy so for me not a negative

      Fabulous company to work for, management treat each individual with the same integrity, Management are approachable and it’s a fun,hard working environment to be in.

      Some management changes over the past few years, however this has now settled and is consistent.
