      Pros

      This company cares about it's employees and they are always looking for ways to recognize us for all of our hard work . We receive awards , monetary gifts , holiday meals and town halls each quarter so we know the direction that the company is headed . Each employee feels like you are part of something great . We do take allot of surveys but that is because this company wants to know what they are doing right and how they can improve . You can approach any member of management and HR with anything they will drop what they are doing just to help you !

      Its sad that more help do not know about this company !

      I absolutely loved working for Guardian. The position was incredible and I loved what I did.

      Cons

      The hours were not flexible.

      Pros

      The open door policy is amazing. You have directors, HR, managers, supervisors and even the CEO available for questions or concerns and they work as a team to get results. I've never worked for a company before where a CEO makes himself so visible or available to all employees. You can tell he truly cares about the employees and making Guardian Security the best company not only for the customers, but also the employees. His positive attitude is contagious and it really inspires employees.

      Cons

      The benefits are great, the only suggestion would be to add a vision plan and not just a discount plan.
