Older org with slow moving modernization. They are definitely trying their best but priorities are with building relationships, which I agree with.

Exceptional leadership and management that truly cares about your success. Incredible work environment.

Cons

This role is not very flexible, as it is a call center role. Just keep this in mind. This being said it is an exceptional call center environment.
