Pros
I spent 17 long years at Gurit across many functions in multiple management capacities across learning and development, manufacturing, supply chain operations and customer services. A very diverse and complex business but one that presents many opportunities to learn and develop, I enjoyed my time at Gurit and would do it all again.
Cons
Complex processes across many functions and often far much bureaucracy with senior leadership who have a lack of visibility on the reality of the operational day to day functions.
