      Competitive Salary. Good benefits including private medical insurance. A good work life balance. In my area there is a real chance of promotion.

      Company culture is amazing and the company do try and focus of employees' personal growth and development.

      Depending on what department you work in, there may not be room for career progression, as much as they do try and focus on this.
