Appreciated the atmosphere in the small EMEA team, locally the teams liked to take care of each other, great entrepreneurial spirit, great environment for someone who is looking for a start-up mentality and happy to role their sleeves up and work well rounded roles

Cons

start-up mentality within region may not suit everyone, sometimes processes are not in place, HQ can set unrealistic expectations
