      You get to work within small supportive teams, although there are many opportunities to collaborate across departments. They also have a great location.

      It can be quite a high-pressure environment depending on the tine of year.

      Great group of people - diverse personalities and backgrounds. Grown up approach to flexible working etc. Pack a punch bigger than our size in the market. Passionate leadership.

      Cons

      Gender balance is good but still work to do to increase diversity beyond this - work in progress.
