Pros

Management (and team leaders) are fully invested in your development Outstanding customer service (you won't come across any better - it's refreshing how much the team care about their customers ) The company rewards hard-work and loyalty. Big on promoting and progressing within Fun crowd (enjoyed after work drinks, events, holiday party, etc) Spent just under 2 years with the company, in which I learnt an absolute ton and will take with me to my future roles

Cons

Not so much a con, but a consideration. The company provides a high level of service, so you'll be held to a high standard. If you're not looking to be engaged and give it your best, you probably won't be a great fit.

Cons

Small company and that requires a lot of flexibility in role and responsibilities. But that also encourages growth and development.
