      People are young, friendly, and full of ideas. You can learn a lot in a short time and get involved in different projects. The company culture is fun — there are often team gatherings and drinking events.

      Can see the determination of the management team to improve, flexible working hour, everyone able to off work punctually at 6:30, seldom see colleagues working late.

      Cons

      there is a period of mess, but should be over now. Still I dun want to see the chaotic view continues again, being impacted by problem staff.
