      Pros

      A fantastic team and work environment! Despite being a startup, the team is highly skilled and experienced, ensuring well-structured and organised processes. The culture thrives on open, transparent communication between the founders and the team. There's a strong drive and enthusiasm to innovate and create something truly unique.

      Cons

      As an early stage start up the pace is quite fast and you have to be able to adapt and readjust as things move and grow.

      Pros

      Great environment with great team. There's a lot of energy and passion for building an incredible product. Everyone is an expert on their field and everyone contributes and collaborates from their area of expertise. This is a place where autonomy, trust and team work really stands out.

      Cons

      It's an early start-up, still growing there are plenty of things still to be built some ways of working are being worked on. It's a great place for people with a can-do attitude, identifying and area of improvement and taking ownership over it, but at its current state maybe not for those looking for something perfectly well-structured (like a big coorp).
