      Pros

      I can confidently say that Homelike is a great place to work. The colleagues I work with are amazing. There are countless opportunities to leave your mark, and the company encourages you to take ownership of your work and be creative. However, it's worth noting that Homelike operates as a startup and this occasionally can be a double-edged sword. The company allows great flexibility in working hours, which is a huge benefit. Most positions are fully remote, with the option to go to the office if desired. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great work environment, fantastic colleagues, and the opportunity to make a real impact. Just be prepared for a bit of chaos every now and then due to the flexibility and lack of set procedures.
