Pros

Salary was good, the team was very nice and local leadership was very kind and supportive. I felt appreciated. The office was fun and well located.

Cons

The CSM role at the time was too focused on marketing and not enough on value driving. It has probably changed since then

Challenging work, smart people, office has great snacks and weekly catered lunch, fun company community building activities, hybrid flexibility. Management rewards hard work and is upfront about their standards.

Cons

It's a start-up so there are frequent changes/ fast pace -- but this comes with the territory and is not an inherent "con". The negative reviews are not warranted--pivoting and rethinking strategy are all part of the start-up world.
