      Pros

      This is a small business and yes due to a small business you may have some extra hats to wear. But all in all, HG is a good company to work for. As long as you do your work, and get things done as you should in any company things run smoothly.

      Cons

      Some employees that come into the company expect to be handed everything to them...... grow up you have to earn your money.

      Pros

      I was recommended to Hughes Group and was able to interview immediately, I was hired on the spot. Interview process was good and I felt like they were upfront with me and honest. The employees here are very knowledgeable on their jobs and super nice. I see plenty of growth and learning while working here.

      Cons

      They do not offer additional training for jobs.
