      A Great Company to Work For!

      Pros

      A great atmosphere working amongst intelligent individuals, currently an apprentice with a promising career ahead.

      Cons

      Very few cons to say. Unaware if there's any possibility to work from home but would greatly appreciate it. As an apprentice, the pay is minimum wage but fully expect this, would like to see an incentive i.e. a small amount extra per hour.

      - Fantastic career development opportunities - People are given chances that most businesses fail to provide - Creative freedom to create excellent work - Ability to cross-train between departments to gain more knowledge - Fast-paced growth means there's always more progression to be had - Buzzing start-up environment - Always new projects to get your teeth into - Management provides good professional and personal support when required. - The team all come together when someone needs help to make sure clients are happy - Very diverse range of work and clients

      Cons

      - Not everyone will like the fast pace, but that comes with any start-up - No free parking available for drivers due to the city centre location
