      Get to be hands on and not a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      Small company so work load is shared between the people available - tends to get repetitive sometimes. PTO is low when you start.

      Chock full of interesting and diverse projects that are challenging and will develop any engineer's design skills, no matter the experience level Good retirement plan with annual bonuses Work that directly impacts the material science community Supports local businesses with Friday lunches and CSA boxes Great coworkers that are excited by the work they do

      Cons

      Low amount of PTO for newcomers- you'll have to earn it by sticking around a while Required to become familiar with less exciting busy work (shipping mainly) as this is a small company and everyone has to pitch in on the boring work
