      - Listened to - Heard - Valued - Good progression - Fun/Banter/Great Culture

      Cons

      Small business = growth and challenges, but I don't see that as a con by any means!

      A company that lives its values

      Pros

      IAC lives its values. Abstract concepts like professionalism, honesty, and transparency find meaningful expression in thoughtful processes and decision making from top to bottom. It's also a fun place to work with good people that you look forward to going to the pub with come Friday evening.

      Cons

      The coffee machine doesn't get switched on until 9 AM on a Monday morning. Longest 30 minutes of the week.

      Pros

      - No commission threshold for the first 6 months - big incentive! - Family culture where respect is given, people are friendly and nice, and ideas are listened to and acted on - A blend of mature/wise professionals and young, also ambitious juniors/new starters -

      Cons

      There aren't many that come to mind!
