      Pros

      The company has a great culture and team of ICONs who all come together to invent and deploy client experiences that drive performance, value, learning , and growth. People are empowered with a bias toward trust. Great people, great benefits, great growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Largely due to its growth and attempt at a flat matrix some people get left behind. Teams will be doing the same work without knowing it, so some more top down communication would be helpful.

      Pros

      Fun and collaborative, newly renovated office. I have the opportunity to work with a team of top talent that is driven to exceeding client expectations. We also have a generous work from home / out of the office policy that promotes a solid work / life balance.

      Cons

      If you are not used to working in an open environment, the office may not be right for you.
