Pros

I worked remotely for IO Solutions and had a very good experience overall. The staff were supportive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The company offered fair pay and decent overtime opportunities. The work environment was organized and professional, and training was clear. I had to leave for personal reasons, otherwise I would have gladly stayed longer.

Cons

Workload could be high at peak times, but manageable with good organization. Remote work required strong self-discipline and focus. Schedules could vary depending on client demand. Performance metrics were closely monitored, which may not suit everyone. Limited interaction with coworkers since most communication was virtual.
