      Cross Functional Rolls! You get to pick up more than what’s described in the role, which is a bonus because it creates a more valuable you. This is optional of course. Work life balance for sure. It was fun for me because I made it fun lol so depending on your character, 🤷‍♂️. You get what you put in. You can pick up a thing or two from everyone. The relationships you build are beyond valuable.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy during my time, but that’s everywhere. It has gotten A LOT BETTER 🥳👏 or so I heard 🤫. You may have miscommunication with a couple individuals, but empathize! People work differently.
