Pros
All pros in my experience; spent 3 years in a Remote Contract position and had a positive experience for the entirety of my time there. Positive team culture as well as strong management leadership. I was able to build my skills and I benefited greatly from the nurturing work culture.
Cons
The only con was no benefits but that was expected in a contract position. A very positive job experience.
