      - Result oriented management / Board; - Well educated, smart and dedicated colleagues, especially heads of functional units; - Well organized support processes; - Lot's of responsibility if you can handle it

      - Salary growth opportunities - Tendency to averse risk and not take less ambitious options - Lots of stakeholder management and bureaucracy
