      Pros

      ImageBloom has a really great group of people working there. Honestly, the team collaboration and the company's overall vibe are refreshing. The only reason I left is that I'm about to have a baby and am planning to take some time off afterward. Absolutely love ImageBloom - everyone made me feel like family.

      Cons

      It can be really busy at times and slow at others - it's a balance but work was always fun.

      Great Environment for Growth

      ImageBloom has been such a big part of my personal and professional growth for the following reasons: - Great hands-on experience in the industry - Management is willing to listen to and help employees - Team-building is emphasized - Employees are valued and appreciated - Good company-wide communication

      Cons

      Workload can get heavy periodically, but management has done such a great job at finding talented people to add to the team. The company really is seeing some good growth.
