      A Start-Up that knows what it's doing!

      Pros

      Being in the health industry, it is great to have leadership that is empathetic and puts people first. There are growing pains (as with any start-up) but the transparency and inclusion makes the imaware™ team feel like a family. - Competitive pay - Great culture (No pressure to compete with one another, coworkers are always willing to help, fun activities) - Lots of potential in the health tech industry for growth

      A Reprieve from Startup Chaos

      Pros

      Extremely supportive workplace that supports a flexible work environment wherever possible (both time and place). Leadership takes its mission seriously to build a thriving company, and not just scale a flailing startup.

      Cons

      There's a pretty steep learning curve, depending on your role. Lots of governmental and scientific constraints. But that's also the challenge.
