Music, good people, GREAT opportunity, I get the chance to grow my self and my skills and my family has noticed my development. I've learned more here than the previous 4 years in school, I absolutely love it here. I'm not treated as a number but as an actual human being (crazy right?). If you want a job that cares about you as an individual and wants to see you excel this is a great place.
Cons
It's too easy to make money. And I'm supposed to write 20 words but I can't think of any other cons.
I worked at Imperium for 5 months right out of college. When I first interviewed I was a little nervous about doing entry level sales with no experience, but the training and coaching I received from the owners and management was beyond what I had hoped for! This job gave me the confidence and skill set to pursue my dream of being a graphic designer.
Cons
You are really going to have to work hard if you want to excel here. The environment is competitive and they do not let you settle for average. I don't consider this a con for myself, but some people just want a clock in/clock out environment and this is not it.
