Pros

-Leadership genuinely cares about you. -Impulse does a great job of getting good people in the door. I've worked with amazing people and have gained mentors from working here. -Opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and gain good professional experience -Unlimited PTO that you're encouraged to take -If you are struggling, your voice is heard and leadership will get you help. They care about your well being. -Leadership allows you to put your family first always, which is huge.

Cons

-This isn't so much of an Impulse con as it is a marketing agency industry con as a whole. There are busy and slow seasons. Busy seasons can absolutely feel hectic and stressful. That's the challenge of working in this industry. So if you want to work for a HubSpot agency (regardless of what agency it is) go with your eyes wide open. HubSpot's business decisions also impact agencies, so layoffs can happen. It's incredibly challenging when they do. There are late nights, lays off, and stress at times. I've worked for multiple agencies and this has been the case at every stop.

Pros

Pros of working for Impulse Creative include: Creative work with great clients, solid benefits (generous PTO; stipends for health, home office, and professional development; one-month paid sabbatical at 5 years, the tools you need to get your job done, and a focus on serving remote employees. It's a culture of high performance without being so demanding that you can't live your life.

Cons

Downsides: Can sometimes feel chaotic. A small business can sometimes feel like we get "less" than big corporations. We're tied to the marketing & advertising market, specifically HubSpot, which can be turbulent at times.
