Pros

The people who work here truly care and have a passion for not only helping clients but also helping eachother grow and develop. The family-owned and operated nature of the agency comes through in the hands on work done by the owners and in todays world it’s very uncommon for staff to work side by side with all levels of an organization. That provides each employee with a voice and a stake in creating the future success of the agency. If you’re willing to work and want to collaborate with people who truly care about achieving and succeeding, your genius and passion have found the right incubator no matter how much experience you have.

Cons

Your experience is what you make of it, and if you come into the organization expecting all the answers to be handed to you or expect to not be accountable to results I think you’ll be disappointed; however, if you’re solution oriented and have integrity to do what’s right and put forth the effort that’s expected even when no one’s looking you’ll find yourself recognized and rewarded.

Pros

The environment, team, and management were all great. It felt like a family and I learned a lot from having a great team.

Cons

The health benefits package was really the only downside. But I don't think it's necessarily their fault since the healthcare system itself in the US is a nightmare.

Pros

Truly the experts of marketing in the veterinary industry. Everyone at InTouch genuinely cares about the clients we partner with. Culture is fun, hard working, energetic, and innovative. Plenty of room to grow within the company and the management team will be you number one supporter. Good pay, benefits, and friendly teammates, along with the family style environment, makes working at InTouch a pleasure.

Cons

No pets allowed in the office
