Pros

When I got hired at IncomeStore I had no idea I was a pretty weak SEO. In my mind, SEO was all about building tons of links and stuffing your pages with exact match keywords. Boy, was I wrong. The SEO consultants that the company uses taught me all there is to know about proper site crawling, indexing, 404s, canonicals, sitemaps, robots, semantic relevance, the right way to build links and many more. Not to mention the extensive trainings that I was given with some of the best SEO tools available. They say ignorance is bliss... with all the knowledge I have accumulated I still consider myself a mediocre SEO, but I’ve made huge strides. Thank you IncomeStore for seeing the potential in me and helping me improve as an SEO. Also, thank you for all the delightful free treats!

Cons

Information overload if you’re new to the industry, but don’t worry. They’ll ease you into it.

Pros

Before coming to IncomeStore I was stocking the shelves of Target. I had no experience in digital marketing, but I loved reading… a lot. I kept going to interviews every few weeks, just to see if there’s anything better out there. Nobody wants to work for Target their entire life. The HR team over at IncomeStore seemed interested in my skills. They said that, even without any experience in the field, a rich vocabulary and love for words is something quite rare. So, they gave me a chance. I learned everything there is to know about content marketing from IncomeStore and made a huge career change. I am positive that, if I ever moved on from this job, it would be to a better position.

Cons

I have no idea what might be negative.

Pros

My story: fresh college graduate, searching for my first job, found more than I expected – a family. This is how I feel about Income Store!! I am so lucky to be introduced to a fantastic community from the first try. The people working in this agency are the most talented, unique, and incredible individuals I have ever known. There is so much talent here and this motivates me to do better and work more! The job itself has many benefits: it’s a good launching pad for the digital industry, the managers are super young and friendly, the free treats are an incentive to come in early, and the hardware is top notch.

Cons

Although we are not explicitly told to work over-time, when a project needs to be delivered everyone knows they have to go the extra mile. While this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, we are a team after all, it can be hard to explain to family, especially during the holidays or family time.
