Warm and Welcoming, Helpful Induction, People make time for you, Culture of collaboration, Business lives by its values, Particularly exciting that there is a proven focus on Innovation

Cons

Lack of role specific training materials, without them learning is harder from a fully remote position. Seems to be a lot of movement in the department's Senior Management positions at this time, this leads to feelings of instability.
