Great team setting! Very family friendly and tight knit!

I left my last job for a number of reasons, but one of them was not being able to find that healthy work/life balance. Trying to balance a career with young kids is already hard enough, but from my short time at ICS - I can see that this company means it when they say they prioritize work/life balance. I am able to learn and grow in my career while feeling as I can be fully present with my family. I received a warm welcome when I came onboard, and the team has been incredibly supportive helping me get up to speed. While I have only been with the company for a few months, I can say I absolutely love my time and am excited to see what the future holds.
