      Amazing Culture, working specifically in Initiative Health so can’t speak for the wider Initiative however am part of the best team that are full of talented people. Unlimited AL and lots of other benefits to working at a big company as well!

      Cons

      Relatively low pay for the amount of work we do, but the pros outweigh the cons, there are loads of opportunities to better your personal and career growth.
