Pros

Very nice people. Relaxed atmosphere, definitely not a sweatshop environment like some agencies. No tolerance for big selfish egos, it's all about shared effort and shared success. Comparatively small size of company means it can adapt and reskill quite quickly to suit client needs.

Cons

Could do with being a bit more relaxed in some ways like more flexible working hours, and more formal in other areas like better processes for briefing and production.
