The people are fantastic. I got to work with a lot of nice people. Everyone was great! My boss was a great guy and took a lot of abuse as resources thinned, but he never complained.

I had a great experience at ITI. It was my first experience with a tech company and I really liked the culture. I worked with 3 other interns and we were tasked with developing a new frontend for an internal tool using Vue.js. Our manager provided effective guidance whenever necessary but largely left us to our own devices and let us do our own outreach to other engineers in the company as needed. It really opened my eyes to professional software development on a team as all my experience up to that point had been solo development.
