      Pros

      - Remote first environment with the ability to work in an office if you live in the Chicago area. - Continuous investment in workplace culture. - Amazing coworkers in a tight-knit environment. - Great PTO plan - Bonuses were always clear and based on company profitability performance - Company prioritized hiring the correct hires when needed - It's a very open environment with easy access to management for open dialog.

      Cons

      - Not many I can think of. I truly enjoyed my time at Interpro.

      Pros

      Interpro is a small, personal company, so it's easy to get to know management and team members. People here really care about their jobs and each other, and every employee is treated well. You are given everything you need to succeed and flourish.

      Pros

      Interpro has been great for me because I couldn't make a difference in a larger 1000-10000 person company. As a small business, my voice is heard and problems are solved quickly. It's been a great place to work so far, and I look forward to the future growth of Interpro.

      Cons

      Sometimes it gets really busy because we are a small team, but generally a 40 hour work week is respected.
