Toilets are grim and kitchen chores are supposed to be shared, not that you'd know it !

Great working environment, making a fantastic work-life balance with the flexi-time available. Excellent training and promotion opportunities if that is the path you choose. Free fruit delivered every week. Supportive management team who spend time with you on a weekly basis to make sure everything is going smoothly plus a great senior management team who give you a company overview on a monthly basis.
Cons
If you do choose to do flexi time you can only start on the hour or at half past which isn't overly flexible.
