Pros
JTS has a great culture full of people who are always willing to help each other. Management was always willing to listen when I had an issue and had an open door policy that they promote openly. They really do care about their employees - they even make management cook at the cook outs!! I even won a couple gift cards because they do giveaways every month. Great place to work!!
Cons
The only reason I left is because the drive was too far for me. Living in Milwaukee and commuting became too much.

Company clearly has some folks that care and want it to succeed.
Cons
Did not seem to be busy, plant floor employees were not heard by VP of Operations. Lots of opportunities for improvement.
