Pros

What I love about Jitsu is the culture, the opportunities, the team, and the work itself. Jitsu has all the energy, innovation, and excitement of a start-up, balanced with the stability and structure of the corporate world, making it a really fun, engaging, and great place to work. The organization is small enough to really feel like you're making an impact, but big enough to feel supported by other teams and resources. It's awesome to get to work closely with many department heads and team leaders on projects that make a difference within the company. The executive team and management really care about their teams and the company, and they've been very supportive of my work, attentive to my questions and needs, and overall really helpful when I need it. The people here are super smart, driven, warm, and happy to be here too, which makes for a company culture that people actually want to be a part of. I love being remote, but I've also gotten plenty of opportunities to travel and work with the team in person, which I've really enjoyed.

Cons

I truly can't think of any yet.

Pros

- Surrounded by team members that work hard for the betterment of their clients and the organization - A culture that is maniacal in all aspects - Winning environment - Hard working and fun group - A very involved C-Suite that grinds to ensure we're all winning within our given roles - True client advocates that bring feedback and voice of customer to help guide our tech roadmap, operational gaps, etc.

Cons

May not be a fit for individuals who aren't client obsessed, who don't have builder mentality, and who aren't willing to work hard to continuously grow and improve the organization and its offerings. The company runs lean to upload a sustainable business as we continue to grow and challenge the competitive landscape.
