      Pros

      Juni has gone through different growth phases while I've been employed here. I was the first PM to join and it's been a rewarding journey! I've learned so much and met some great people along the way. Would recommend Juni as a place to work

      You need to act independently and take initiative. If that type of work environment is not for you, now is Juni

      A lot of responsibility and a steep learning curve

      Pros

      I've been at Juni for almost 2 years now. I learn new things everyday. While everyone has an area of expertise, Juni provides ample opportunity to learn from your colleagues. I also think that you get as much responsibility as you're willing to take on. So if you're a go-getter, this is a great place to work!

      Cons

      You'll need to be based in certain countries to apply for work. Juni started as a 100% remote company but there is a change in policy recently post-Covid.

      Great place, can't speak highly enough about it

      Pros

      - Things move very fast. My first 2 interviews took place within 48 hours of applying which I was pretty impressed with. - You have autonomy to take projects on and run with them - The wider team is exceptionally talented. People are genuine experts in their field - Fully flexible working means you're free to work however suits you - Company values are enacted throughout - you're encouraged to be candid with feedback and to overcome any blockers - I'm yet to meet an employee I don't like which is very rare. Everyone is pulling in the same direction and very helpful - The company has a great product vision and huge potential in an enormous market

      Cons

      - Being fully remote means you miss out on the office environment and can spend a lot of time on Zoom - Despite company size and funds raised, the product is still relatively early stage so there is loads to do
