A Great Media Agency - KSL Media

KSL Media located in Encino California is a family-oriented company that views it's employees as it's greatest asset. It's one of the few privately owned companies surviving in a market dominated by the large conglomerate holding company media agencies. The company's has a strong commitment to their clients and company culture. The culture is loose but hard working. The company encourages free thinking and believes in work/life balance. The company has a standing Monday morning all-company staff meeting and weekly morale activities.

Cons

The lingering recession has had an impact on growth, however, many companies are in a similar or worse condition. As other companies were shrinking during the recession, KSL Media was growing.
