Our MD is very focused on employee development, and performers are always recognized. If you’re willing to take initiative, there are countless opportunities across departments. You’re never boxed into just one function—there’s real flexibility to explore and contribute wherever your interest lies.
Cons
The biggest drawback is the long working hours, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. Also, while top leadership is inspiring, the middle management layer isn’t always as supportive (though there are exceptions). It sometimes creates a disconnect in day-to-day functioning.
