      Cons

      Key decisions are sometimes made by the HQ without local input. As with most international offices, communication can be delayed.

      It's a great global team that communicate well. Business decisions are commercial but driven by purpose of reducing disposable cup waste. Autonomy and flexibility are a big plus.

      Cons

      Australia HQ so remote from key decision making which can be challenging, location in Leyton can be a challenge.
