The company culture at ConvertKit is the best I've experienced in my career so far. It is supportive and encouraging, and there is a lot of trust placed in the team by the directors. I'm able to have my ideas heard and feel I can contribute to the business as a whole (not just the areas I am specifically responsible for) which makes it a really inspiring place to work. Our mission and values are not just words on a website (as has been my experience with other companies), they are actually used to help guide us in making decisions. The team is made up of incredibly smart professionals who I truly love working with. There is great compensation and I enjoy the chances to travel for team retreats and conferences.

Before I started, I was worried that reading these reviews was too good to be true. But honestly my experience has lived up to the 5 star rating. - The most healthy workplace culture I have ever been apart of. People are accountable, kind, genuine, honest and fun to be around. - The leadership team sets clear direction, asks for input, and gives you a lot of autonomy. Leaders are just approachable normal people with families and value life at work and outside of it. - It is a very international team that brings a lot of diverse perspectives to the table. This creates a nice balance of being high achieving but also not focused on winning at all costs. - Communication is very strong when there are changes to the team or the strategy. - The approach to HR and compensation is best in class. They listen, make real changes, are extremely transparent about pay with clear career levels for growth. People actually get promoted and it is celebrated. - Great customers and product. We get to work with a lot of interesting creators and businesses.
