Working as a Product Owner here has been an amazing experience. I’ve learned a lot and grown both personally and professionally thanks to the supportive and collaborative environment. The culture is energetic and engaging, and the team spirit is incredible. Our product team is very aligned with our clients, and the clear communication makes it easy to deliver results and come up with innovative solutions. It’s an inspiring place to work where new ideas are always welcomed and everyone is motivated

It’s a fast-paced place, which was a bit tricky at first, but the team and culture made it easy to settle in quickly

The team here is nice and easy to work with, everyone’s chill and helpful. You get to work on real projects that go live which is cool and helps you learn alot fast. Management is pretty supportive. Working remote makes things way easier. I learned alot about both front end and backend development here. Work life balance is good and pay is fair too. Overall its a good place to grow as a dev and feel like your work actually matters.

Cons

Sometimes communication can be a bit off between teams and things get mixed up. Deadlines can come up fast and you kind of have to figure stuff out on your own sometimes. There’s not always a clear process for some tasks so you have to ask around to understand what’s needed. Could use a more structure and planning overall but nothing too bad.
