Pros

I have been working with the company now for 2+ years and greatly enjoy the company. The services you recieve from the time you arrive to when you leave is something a lot of other companies don't provide. HR is available when you anytime either via Wechat or email and the Senior Leadership has grown into a solid team. The company itself keeps getting better and better and excited for this upcoming school year; even with Covid they made the transition easy and made sure we were all safe and check ins.

Cons

Before Leadership seemed to be lacking in some cross departmental communication but things have since changed.

Pros

Wonderful folks to work with and interesting fulfilling work. Be aware that Cambridge and KL are different entities (which is to the great benefit of KL).

Cons

Still has some "start up" woes, but that comes with the territory of a small team and young company

Pros

The academic team at KnowledgeLink has crafted an excellent curriculum for English Language Learners. Educators looking to expand their experience working with ELLs of different ages and levels will be well-served by the positive attitude, supportive management, and exceptional lesson plans. Classes were held in state of the art classrooms at Harvard Law School, and the program supplied all the necessary equipment. Classes ran from 9-12 and paid a competitive stipend. KnowledgeLink is part of a growing international education network and offers many opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

There were some technical difficulties with the portable projectors we used, but nothing unexpected or insurmountable for a skilled teacher.
